Love of Earth & Other Brought Them Together

Brina and Tyler love the earth. They wanted their wedding to reflect that love as well as their love for each other. They prepared the family farm for their wedding on the South Fork of Long Island by plowing, sowing, fertilizing, mowing and clearing. Much of this Tyler learned as he worked alongside his father-in-law to be over the year preceding their wedding. Brina and Tyler’s preparations included growing flowers to be used in the bouquets and lapels of their wedding party as well as harvesting and preserving the very stalks of amaranth to be used in their Unity Ceremony. Just as they held the amaranth high above themselves, so they vowed to always hold their love for each other higher than anything else. Vows entwined earth and each other as the centerpiece of this celebration of creation and love on the East End of Long Island. A truly uniquely personalized wedding ceremony!
